The date and venue for the 2009 AGM has been set by the Board.
Auckland will this year host the Annual General Meeting of the New Zealand Credit & Finance Institute, during the National Conference on Thursday 15th October 2009.
The following documents are available to members for downloading or viewing on screen.
Enclosed you will find the notice of the 2009 Annual General Meeting of The New Zealand Credit & Finance Institute Inc. together with a copy of the minutes from the 2008 Annual General Meeting and Financial Accounts of the Institute for the period 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009. A proxy form is also enclosed.
We encourage all those who are able to attend to meet in Auckland on 15 October 2009 at 5:00pm.
If you are not able to be present, the Board requests your proxy form be returned nominating either the Chairman or someone you know will be in attendance at the meeting to be sure of a quorum. If you have any questions please refer them to our National Office.
