On behalf of the Institute I would like to express to all our Christchurch members, our colleagues and industry friends, our deep concern for the hardships that are being faced by many people, families and businesses in the wake of the devastating Christchurch earthquake.
We recognise that the upheaval of lives, the loss of income, and disruption to normal business will put immense pressure not only on those in our industry but on their clients.
The strength of the Institute is our national network and collegiality and in a show of support at this time of adversity I would like to invite members in Christchurch to make contact if there is any professional help or advice that they may need which the Institute, through our network and resources, maybe able to assist with.
In solidarity we can strive to provide strength and resolve and contribute to a boost in morale and much needed speedy recovery.
