Through this section of the website, The New Zealand Credit & Finance Institute provides a free service to the public to view a listing of companies that have been liquidated or are current liquidation files being worked on within New Zealand.
You can search by name, date, liquidating company, or any combination of them. The more specific your search the more limited the number of returned results.
The service provided also enables secured or unsecured creditors to attach details of their outstanding debt and contact details to a liquidated company. If you attach your details and provide an email contact, any other creditors attached to that liquidated company will be notified of your interest in the liquidation.
This listing of liquidations is regularly updated.
