“Contract Fundamentals including use of “e-signatures”
Giles will discuss the fundamentals of contracts with particular emphasis on the increased use of electronic signatures.

Giles is a litigation Lawyer joining Stace Hammond in 1991 and has been a partner since 1998. He is also a Trust Account Partner.
He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 1990 with expertise in:
- Banking and Finance
- Court and arbitration practices and procedures
- Trusts and estate
- Employment law
- Resource Management
Giles’ principal area of practice is dispute resolution in the above areas. He has experience in all forms of dispute resolution including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and Court litigation.
Giles serves on the Waikato Bay of Plenty District Law Society Standards Committee, serves on the Board of Waikato Diocesan School for Girls and is a member of the Statutes Revision Committee of the Anglican Waikato Diocese.
