Description
7 August, 2018 from 12:00pm-2:00pm
We have had several speakers in the past who have discussed the various personal insolvency options, their various criteria and how to apply. But this time Richard is going to focus on what a debtor entering a personal insolvency option means to their creditors.
He will look at:
- What you as a creditor, can expect from insolvency;
- What claims you can make and when you make those claims;
- What information is useful to the Official Assignee; and
- How do you let the Insolvency Service know what you know about the debtor.
Richard McCulloch is a Deputy Assignee with the Insolvency & Trustee Service. He will also have some colleagues with him, so between them they will be able to answer all of your questions about personal insolvency and what it means to creditors.
