Leon Bowker joined KPMG in 2010 and has worked on a variety of insolvency, restructuring and financial advisory projects, including due diligence assignments, cash flow, and working capital reviews. Key projects include the liquidation of Starplus Homes Limited (in Liquidation), receiverships of retail and farming businesses, and managing two unit trust investments.
Aaron Harlowe joined Buddle Findlay in 2007. He specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His particular areas of expertise include insolvency and restructuring, banking and financial services intellectual property, employment, and health and safety. Aaron regularly advises financial institutions, receivers, liquidators and administrators on complex commercial transactions, insolvency appointments, employment, and asset and debt recovery. Key insolvency appointments include Five Star Consumer Finance, Postie Plus, Solid Energy, Intueri Education Group and CBL Insurance.
