Description
Ross Asset Management Limited (“RAM”) collapsed in 2012 leaving hundreds of investors out of pocket for over $100 million. Since that time it has been uncovered that RAM was, in fact, a Ponzi scheme and the principal of RAM, David Ross, is serving time in prison for his part in the scheme. Marcus McMillan from PwC, the Liquidators of RAM, will talk through what happened in the lead up to RAM’s collapse, what actions the liquidators have taken since being appointed, the ongoing issues which they are still dealing with and some red flags to look for when making your own investments.
