Sean Gollin

Sean Gollin is a litigation partner at MinterEllisonRuddWatts.  He has 27 years experience in commercial litigation, with particular expertise in insolvency, debt recovery and the enforcement of security.  Sean regularly acts for banks, finance companies and corporate and institutional creditors in recovering amounts owing to them and enforcing their rights.  Sean oversees a team of lawyers specialising in summary judgment, liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings, mortgagee sales and advising in relation to the repossession and sale of secured assets, obtaining charging, sale, attachment and other orders for the enforcement of judgments, arranging for the enforcement of judgments oversees through MinterEllisonRuddWatts’ international connections, and obtaining interim emergency relief prior to judgment (including freezing orders, pre-trial charging orders and preservation of property orders).

Nick Frith

Nick Frith is a senior associate in the litigation team at MinterEllisonRuddWatts.  He is a general commercial litigator with nearly 10 years of experience.  He has had particular experience in credit management through the use of statutory demands, liquidation and bankruptcy processes and debt recovery through summary judgment.  He has acted for all of the major trading banks as well as some smaller lenders on security enforcement matters and post-sale debt recovery.  He also has a focus on insurance disputes across all areas of the industry – insureds, brokers and insurers.
