Using the PPSR for Enforcement & Recoveries of Debt.
The PPSR Security Registration regime has now been operating for a number of years. Most companies or trading entities either use it or at least should know of its existence. But how does it work in the real commercial world and what are the pitfalls that lawyers are spotting. How can we as NZCFI members protect ourselves from these pitfalls? Daniel Shaw & Joshua Dennis, solicitors with McCaw Lewis in Hamilton will give us their view on the act and give us their firsthand experience of the legal cases that they have been involved in.
